- Abdülcebbar Siyer, who was born in Gaziantep in 1985, completed his primary, secondary and high school education here.
- He received his education at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine between 2002-2009.
- He completed his specialization at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine between 2010 and 2015 and received the title of Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery Specialist
- He completed his compulsory service at Kilis State Hospital between 2015-2017 and left his job at the state hospital in May 2017.
- Siyer, who served in Izmir/Alsancak between 2017-2019, continues to accept patients in his practice in Izmir/Bayraklı as of 2019.
- Dr.Abdülcebbar Siyer is a member of the Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.
